It will still be warm in the earliest days of fall during your stay, but there may be rainy days that bring down the temperatures, and is there anything cozier than a day spent watching the rain fall outside as you stay warm and dry inside? Windows that stretch from floor to ceiling, revealing the churning waters of the Gulf, the steel gray skies, and the sound of rain hitting the windows are our first cozy amenity! Covered balconies could be included with he coziness of the windows and as you sit outside, smelling rain and sea, sipping your favorite drink, this moment right here may be the one that makes you realize that fall can be your favorite season after all!
Tour of Comfort
The sofas in our spaces are designed to embrace you, and as you sink into their plush depths, perhaps with a good book in hand and a cup of steaming hot coffee sitting on the table next to you, we come to three more of our cozy amenities: the book (many of our properties will offer bookshelves lined with bestsellers), the coffee (our kitchens provide coffee makers or Keurigs so you never have to go without caffeine), and that plush and welcoming sofa—no further explanation needed!
Softening Your Stay
We often describe our retreats as a “soft place to land after living too long in a hard world,” and there really are many ways we provide the softness you crave. Hardwood or tile floors can feel cold and unyielding against bare feet, but we promise, there will be colorful area rugs found throughout that soften the space while often adding color. We’ve already described the wonders of the sofas in our condos, but we can’t forget the chairs surrounding the dining room tables (often cushioned or padded), the occasional chairs that encourage guests to flop into them, toss a leg over the arm, and continue the conversation you have been having with your kids as to whether the community pool really has closed for the night!
Sleep Tight
Our bedrooms are the coziest rooms of all, the spacious rooms dominated by premium beds that take up much of the floor space. These beds are where your best sleep will happen, where your happiest dreams will take place, and where secrets will be shared with your favorite human. Cozy and comfortable while also spacious and cheerful, these rooms are a study of contrasts, but all that really matters will be how cozy you feel while snuggling within. Some rooms will offer a quiet seating area, perhaps the spots where you will take your morning coffee or your evening glass of chardonnay.
More Cozy Times Here
En suite baths provide their own cozy moments, especially in our units offering deep or jetted tubs. Grab that book you were reading earlier, another glass of wine, turn the music on your phone to soft and relaxing (high-speed internet will allow you to stream easily) and enjoy more cozy moments that you will wish never had to end. We wish you could stay in that tub forever, as well, but the water would get cold and your skin all pruny, so it is probably not advised to spend too much time soaking!
When you do step out of the water and reach for that fluffy towel hanging nearby, you will notice one more cozy amenity, towels that are large enough to wrap ALL the way around your body, feeling soft and silky against your skin!
