Is It Cold in the Winter?
It all depends on what your definition of “cold” is. If you’re coming from a colder climate, you’ll think Port A’s winter temperatures of highs in the low 70s (Fahrenheit) and lows in the high 40s (Fahrenheit) aren’t that cold.
